Cancellation Policy

Toolbox Titans Ltd provides reliable, professional property maintenance and carpentry services across Northampton. To ensure fairness, clarity, and smooth scheduling for all customers, this Booking Policy explains how appointments, cancellations, changes, and refunds are handled. When a booking is made, labour time, travel, and preparation are reserved exclusively for your job. If you need to cancel more than 14 days before your appointment, no cancellation fee applies. However, if materials have already been purchased for your project, these must be reimbursed in full. Cancellations made within 14 days of the booking incur a 25% fee, and cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% fee. Same‑day cancellations or no‑shows also carry a 50% fee, reflecting the impact on our schedule and the loss of allocated labour time. All material costs already incurred must be reimbursed regardless of when the cancellation occurs, and receipts will be provided as proof of purchase. If you need to change the date or time of your booking, we will always try to accommodate your request. Changes made within 48 hours may still incur a cancellation fee if we are unable to fill the reserved slot. Refunds are only issued in specific situations: accidental overpayment, work not completed due to our own fault, or quality concerns where we cannot reasonably resolve the issue. If you believe work has not been completed to a reasonable standard, you must contact us within seven days so we can inspect and correct the issue at no additional cost. We may occasionally need to cancel or reschedule appointments due to illness, unsafe working conditions, severe weather, or non‑payment. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange a suitable alternative date.
