Fire doors (FD30/FD60): From £350 per door

• Skilled labour for hanging, easing, trimming, or adjusting

• Fitting and aligning hinges, latches, and handles

• Minor frame adjustments

• Clean-up and waste removal of offcuts

• Professional workmanship and clear communication
   

Excludes (quoted separately if required):
 

• New door supply

• New frames or major frame repairs

• Premium ironmongery

• Disposal of old doors

• Additional hardware (closers, locks, etc.)
   

VAT: All prices are subject to 20% VAT.
 

Maintenance and overheads operational charge (15%)
 

A standard charge applied to labour-only work to cover operational costs.
 

Covers:
 

• Travel time and fuel

• Vehicle wear‑and‑tear

• Consumables (screws, fixings, blades, lubricants)

• Tool wear and maintenance

• Administration and scheduling time

• Insurance and business overheads
   

This is not a maintenance contract and not an annual fee. It simply ensures we can deliver a reliable, professional service while keeping the labour rate competitive.
