Booking confirmation

• You accept the quote in writing (email, message, or form), and

• A date/time is agreed

Payment terms

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Payment is due on completion of the work

• Larger jobs will require a deposit

• Materials will require upfront payment

• Small jobs may require a deposit

• Cash (for small jobs)

• Cancelling within 48 hours may incur a fee

• Same‑day cancellations or no‑shows incur a 50% fee

• Materials purchased must always be reimbursed
